Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of camnexus.co.za and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Pricing & availability

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include 15% VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or refuse orders where a price is clearly listed incorrectly.

2. Stock & pre-orders

Some items are flagged 'Order on Request' and ship within 5–10 business days as we order from our distributor. We'll notify you of any delay.

3. Payment

Payment is required upfront via PayFast or our other listed methods. Goods remain the property of CamNexus until payment clears.

4. Warranty

All Hikvision products carry a 2-year SA warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty excludes physical damage, water damage on non-IP-rated products, and lightning damage (we strongly recommend surge protection).

5. Limitation of liability

CamNexus's liability is limited to the value of the products supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. losses arising from a CCTV system failing to record an event).

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
