How we ship

We dispatch from Johannesburg via The Courier Guy. Most orders go out the same day if placed before 14h00 SAST on a business day.

Delivery times

• Major centres (JHB, PTA, CPT, DBN): 1–2 business days
• Smaller towns & rural: 2–5 business days
• Outlying areas: 3–7 business days

Shipping cost

Live courier rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel weight. Free shipping on orders over R2,500.

Order tracking

You'll receive an automated email with your tracking number the moment your order is dispatched.

Delivery questions or delays
