Our returns policy

If you've changed your mind, or the product isn't what you expected, you have 14 days from delivery to return it for a refund — provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories.

How to return an item

1. Email info@camnexus.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a return waybill (deducted from refund unless the item is faulty).
3. Pack the product securely in its original box.
4. Hand to The Courier Guy.
5. Refund is processed within 5 business days of receiving the return in good condition.

Faulty or damaged products

All Hikvision products carry a 2-year SA warranty. If a product is faulty within 30 days of delivery, we'll cover the return shipping and refund or replace at no cost. After 30 days, RMA via our warranty process.

What can't be returned

• Custom-configured systems (kits assembled to your spec)
• Products with broken seals or visible installation damage
• Products outside the 14-day window (unless faulty under warranty)
